Barekat Broiler Breeder Unit
The Barekat broiler breeder unit was established in 1945 on a 300-hectare land in Ahmad Abad Mostoufi Road, Qashlaq region, approximately 35 kilometers before Qazvin city. It consists of 14 farms and 72 production halls. The ancillary facilities of this unit include a hatchery located on Ahmad Abad Mostoufi Road, opposite Haj Tapeh village, equipped with 24 setters and 26 hatchers of the Chick Master type. The production capacity of this breeding unit is approximately 4,000,000 broiler breeder hens, capable of producing about 50 million day-old broiler chicks in one production cycle. Based on the conducted surveys, necessary planning has been done to import a new breed of broiler breeders with high efficiency.

The total area of the halls and buildings of this unit is approximately 1,600,000 square meters. The number of workers in this unit, with full capacity utilization, exceeds 350 permanent and contractual employees and 5,000 day laborers for seasonal and agricultural work. Given the significant area of land, water quality, and the existence of 10 deep wells, a considerable amount of agricultural products, including corn, forage, are cultivated in this unit.
