Alborz Poultry Expansion Company was established in 1956 on a 42-hectare land with a built-up area of approximately 490,700 square meters. Located near Shahid Rajayi Power Plant in Abik, the company initially focused on raising 157,000 broiler breeder hens but transitioned to egg-laying breeder hens in 2021. The company’s hatchery, situated in Ahmad Abad Mostoufi-Qashlaq, is equipped with 21 setters, each with a capacity of 770,760 eggs, and 21 hatchers, each with a capacity of 120,960 eggs. The company employs 250 permanent and contractual workers, along with 10,500 day laborers.
